Since taking root in Yinchuan in 2003, Power Group has adhered to the spirit of “Quality for Survival, Management for Growth, Innovation for Takeoff.” With perseverance and dedication, we embarked on a journey of hard work and progress.
In the field of wind power generation, the Group has leveraged strong R&D capabilities and innovative strength to overcome key technological challenges in yaw and pitch gearboxes, launching a series of high-quality products. With outstanding performance and reliable quality, our products have quickly gained recognition in domestic and international markets, earning the trust of leading enterprises and building a strong reputation and brand image for the Group.
Looking back, we are filled with pride and emotion. From our beginnings in passenger ropeway R&D, Power Group has relied on keen market insight and relentless innovation to expand into key sectors such as wind power, construction vehicles, new energy vehicles, industrial motors, and renewable power station investment and development. We have built a diversified, high-value product portfolio. By seizing opportunities in the era of intelligent manufacturing, with visionary strategy and decisive execution, we have written a remarkable chapter in the field of precision transmission.
Technological innovation has always been the soul and driving force of our growth. We place R&D and technology upgrades at the core of our strategy, continuously increasing investment and focusing on breakthroughs in precision transmission, with the aim of delivering the most reliable and high-quality solutions to our customers. In manufacturing, we embrace cutting-edge technologies, introducing advanced domestic and international equipment while independently developing our MES system. This enables full-process digital and intelligent control, from raw materials to finished products—making production more precise, efficient, and controllable, and ensuring consistent product quality and productivity.
In recent years, we have continued to strengthen our strategic presence. Domestically, we established subsidiaries including Power Transmission, Weima Motor, and Weizhi New Energy, building a nationwide marketing network to deeply explore local market potential. Internationally, we expanded into overseas markets, setting up offices and building a global service network to provide one-stop solutions worldwide. With rapid growth, our annual sales surpassed hundreds of millions of RMB, and we successfully entered the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming a national high-tech enterprise and stepping confidently onto a new track of capital market development.
Our regional and business expansions have also delivered remarkable results. The Shanghai branch was approved as an Autonomous Region “Remote R&D Center,” leveraging the innovation environment and talent advantages of the Yangtze River Delta to drive frontier research and product development. The Power Transmission Testing Center achieved CNAS accreditation and passed SGS capability assessments, ensuring strong technical support for quality control and R&D. Weima Motor exceeded RMB 50 million in output value, securing a foothold in its niche market. Weizhi New Energy successfully completed a 65MW wind power quota and connected a 20MW rooftop PV project to the grid, opening new opportunities in renewable energy.
Currently, our 5G Green Intelligent Factory project—built to the highest standards of the global wind power industry—integrates 5G, big data, and AI, creating a green, smart, and efficient modern industrial system. This milestone will accelerate the industry’s transition towards intelligent and sustainable manufacturing. These achievements have become solid cornerstones, enriching our business landscape and powering our diversified growth.
Looking ahead, we are full of confidence. Against the backdrop of global energy transition and industrial upgrading, Power Group is embracing vast opportunities. We are committed to becoming the world’s most competitive provider of precision transmission solutions.
